Dadu Bhai Communication

These General Terms and Conditions form part of the agreement between Dadu Bhai Communication (hereinafter referred to as “Dadu Bhai Communication”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and the Subscriber.
1. Subscriber Identification
The Subscriber must provide valid and accurate documents and information to establish identity, legal status, and eligibility for service.
Dadu Bhai Communication reserves the right to verify such information.
If false, misleading, or incomplete information is provided, we reserve the right to suspend, disconnect, or terminate the service without prior notice.
The Subscriber must notify us of any changes to previously submitted information. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of services.
2. Confidentiality
Both parties agree that any information marked as confidential shall remain confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties except:
If the information is already publicly available
If it was lawfully available before disclosure
If disclosure is required by law or regulatory authority
3. Ownership of Equipment
All cables, routers (if provided), ONU devices, and related infrastructure installed by Dadu Bhai Communication remain the exclusive property of Dadu Bhai Communication unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Service Activation Timeline
We aim to provide services within the agreed timeline. In case of unavoidable delays, the Subscriber will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable.
5. Contention Ratio Policy
All internet packages are provided under a 1:8 contention ratio unless otherwise specified.
This means bandwidth may be shared among multiple users during peak times. For example, a 40 Mbps package may experience reduced speeds during high-traffic periods.
6. Unauthorized Sharing / Reselling
The Subscriber is strictly prohibited from sharing, reselling, redistributing, or extending the internet connection to third parties without written permission.
Violation may result in immediate termination of services and possible legal action.
7. Service Interruptions
Dadu Bhai Communication shall not be held liable for service interruptions, slow speeds, or downtime caused by:
Natural disasters
Power outages
Fiber cuts
Government restrictions
Technical failures beyond reasonable control
8. Payments & Billing
Subscribers must pay service charges within the due date mentioned in the invoice or user panel.
Failure to pay within the due date may result in temporary suspension or permanent disconnection of services.
9. Data Privacy & Security
While we implement reasonable security measures, no system can guarantee complete protection from cyber threats.
Subscribers are responsible for securing their own devices and using proper antivirus and firewall protection.
10. Technical Support
Technical support is provided for issues directly related to Dadu Bhai Communication’s network services.
Support for third-party devices, personal routers, applications, or software may not be covered and may incur additional charges.
11. Connection & Package Fees
Connection fees vary depending on package type, service area, and installation requirements.
Certain packages may include downgrade fees if switching to a lower-tier package.
Dadu Bhai Communication reserves the right to revise service charges with prior notice.
12. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Limitation of Liability
Dadu Bhai Communication shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
