Dadu Bhai Communication is committed to providing reliable internet services. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making any payment.

1. General Policy – No Refund

All payments made for internet packages, installation charges, device fees, and other service-related charges are generally non-refundable.

By subscribing to our services, you agree that:

  • Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

  • Installation and activation fees are non-refundable after service activation.

  • Partial usage of service does not qualify for a refund.

2. Limited Exceptions (Refund May Be Considered)

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

A. Service Not Activated

If payment is made but the service has not yet been installed or activated, a refund request may be reviewed.
Administrative or processing fees may be deducted before issuing the refund.

B. Duplicate Payment

If a customer accidentally makes duplicate payments, the extra amount will either be:

  • Adjusted in the next billing cycle, or

  • Refunded upon verification.

C. Service Not Available

If installation is not possible due to technical limitations in the customer’s area, and service cannot be provided, the paid amount may be refunded after deducting any survey or processing costs (if applicable).

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Subscribers must notify Dadu Bhai Communication in advance if they wish to cancel the service.

  • Cancellation will be effective from the next billing cycle.

  • No refund will be issued for unused days within an active billing cycle.

4. Equipment Return

If any router, ONU, or equipment was provided on rental or temporary basis, it must be returned in good condition upon cancellation.

Failure to return company-owned equipment may result in additional charges.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds (if applicable) may take 7–10 working days depending on the payment method.
